Fremantle’s annual pre-season Community Camp has returned, with the Club’s first-to-four-year players heading to the Pilbara for this year’s event. 

The Community Camp, which is proudly supported by Woodside Energy, will run across three days from Monday 18 November to Wednesday 20 November, featuring school visits, a super clinic, a coaching workshop, a volunteer appreciation breakfast, and a cultural immersion session.

Monday 18 November

This year's trip to the Pilbara region will be the first time Freo have been to the area since 2005.

The boys landed and headed straight to Bulgarra Oval in Karratha to run a super clinic for the local kids in Karratha - See all the photos and videos from this event below.

Jye Amiss spoke to media from the event, discussing the importance of Freo's presence in the community and his upcoming pre-season.

Tuesday 19 November

The boys hit schools all around the Pilbara on Tuesday for skills sessions, Q&As and signing sessions - including visits to Tambrey Primary, Baynton West Primary and St Paul's Primary.

On Tuesday afternoon players and staff took some time to unwind at the Karratha Country Club for a round of Golf.

Wednesday 19 November

The boys spent a second consecutive day visiting schools all around the Pilbara on Wednesday for skills sessions, classroom Q&As and signing sessions - including visits to Karratha Primary and Karratha Senior High School.
