Fremantle will take on the Gold Coast SUNS on Saturday 6 September for the second Elimination Final at Optus Stadium. Bounce down for the match is at 5.35pm WST.

A very limited secondary release of tickets was made available to the general public at 2pm WST on Thursday 4 September via Ticketmaster, with the ticket allocation now exhausted.

Transport Information

Direct trains on the Yanchep and Mandurah lines, in addition to the Suburban Event Bus Network will operate to get you to and from the game. Direct trains on the Fremantle Line will also operate after the game to get you home.

Important: Following the opening of the Thornlie-Cockburn Line, direct trains on the Mandurah Line to Optus Stadium will now operate before and after games.

The Red CAT is temporarily operating a shorter route, terminating at Hale St due to a road closure. During Optus Stadium events, services will extend to Matagarup Bridge for approximately two hours before the event, continuing until one hour after the event, including during the event.

What's happening on the day? 

DP World Fantainers 
Be sure to visit the DP World Fantainers between Gate D and the Matagarup bridge pre or post-game. The striking installation repurposes three 20-foot shipping containers, now emblazoned with personal messages from Freo supporters across Western Australia, brought to life by Fremantle-based Indigenous artist and lifelong Freo Dockers fan, Tyrown Waigana. 

101 Oh What Fun! (Near Lobby 101) 
Located at Lobby 101, 101 Oh What Fun is your destination for fun outside of the footy. We will be bringing in the airbrush tattoos to get decked out in Freo-themed art or try out our Flag DIY Shop where you can design and decorate your own flag to cheer on the boys! 

Freo players will be stopping by pre-game and half-time as well, so be sure to catch them for an autograph or selfie.

Sensory bags available from 101 Oh What Fun! 
The Purple Hands Foundation will continue to offer take-to-seat sensory bags for adults and children that have sensory needs at all Fremantle home games. With the support of uLaunch, Powered by AKG, the bags are available to use throughout the game and assist in making footy accessible and enjoyable for all. 

Sensory bags will be located at 101 Oh What Fun (section 101). Please ensure to bring a form of ID to exchange for a bag.

Mac for a Match 
Once again this year, Macca’s will be offering all Freo ticket holders and members who are in WA a free Big Mac on the Monday following a win, home or away. 

Fremantle fans can simply show their digital game day ticket or digital membership to claim their Big Mac for FREE.  

Optus Stadium Restaurants and Catering 

The City View Cafe will be OPEN. However, the Goodwood restaurant will be CLOSED. 

The Freo Clubhouse

Due to the game being an AFL Final, The Freo Clubhouse will not be available for Freo Clubhouse members.  
  
Other key points: 

  • No cloaking facilities are available. Don't bring bulky items.  
  • Practice good hand hygiene.
