Fremantle have brought in four players to the extended squad for Sunday’s clash against Richmond at Optus Stadium.

It is the same 26-player squad that Fremantle named for their round seven clash with Adelaide, bringing in defender Taylin Duman, versatile key position player Brennan Cox, ruckman Sean Darcy and midfielder Brett Bewley.

There are no omissions at this stage from the team that lost to Adelaide by 17 points.

Darcy, Bewley and Cox all played in Peel’s 77-point win against East Perth last Saturday while Duman travelled to Adelaide as the emergency.

Darcy had 42 hitouts against the Royals, with the ruckman averaging 43 hitouts per game from his four WAFL appearances this season.

Cox had 12 kicks and took four marks in a good defensive performance.

Bewley impressed for the Thunder, collecting 22 disposals and seven inside 50s on the wing. If he is selected, he will play his debut game for Fremantle.

Fremantle finalise their starting 22 on Friday, which will be announced on fremantlefc.com.au at 2pm WST.

Bouncedown for the Mothers’ Day clash is at 3.20pm.
