The 2019 Doig Medal Presentation Dinner will be held on Saturday 5 October in the Grand Ballroom at Crown Perth.

This week, fremantlefc.com.au will be running through the players in contention to take out the club’s most prestigious award.

Bradley Hill – Season summary
The running midfielder’s 2019 season was arguably better than his 2017 Doig Medal winning year.

Hill played every game and averaged a career high 25.1 disposals, the second most for Fremantle.

He played a crucial role in both of Fremantle’s upset wins against Collingwood and Geelong.

In the Brownlow Medal count, Hill polled one vote in four games, all Fremantle wins – round one v North Melbourne, round 10 v Brisbane, round 11 v Collingwood and round 20 v Geelong.

Hill led Fremantle for metres gained, averaging 484 per game and his 94 inside 50s was the equal most for the club.

Best game: Round 11 v Collingwood
While it is hard to go past his 37 disposals against Hawthorn, Bradley Hill provided his elite run and carry while impacting the scoreboard in Freo’s four point win against the Pies.

Hill had 29 touches to go with his two goals for the day. One coming as he out ran two Collingwood defenders to win the footy and dribble the ball home.
