Fremantle’s AFLW Coaching Group has been confirmed for the 2026 season.
Head coach Lisa Webb returns for her fourth season in charge of Fremantle’s AFLW team and she’ll be supported by well-credentialed assistants in 2026.
Darren Rumble joins the AFLW coaching staff for the first time, returning to Fremantle after being on the rookie list as a player in 2007.
Rumble brings vast premiership experience, winning a record six WAFL flags with Subiaco in 229 games as a player. He was also backline coach when the Lions secured the 2021 WAFL Premiership.
Former Fremantle player Max Duffy will look after the forwards and hone kicking skills after carving out a distinguished career as a punter in the America’s college football system.
Duffy transitions into the role after being a specialist coach last season.
Cam Shepherd remains a key part of the off-field team, combining his role as Director of Coaching with a new role as midfield coach after taking care of the backs following Kara Antonio’s departure last season, while Zac Strom continues as ruck coach.
New additions include two-time Subiaco premiership coach Beau Wardman as a specialist coach working with the midfield with James Harrold as opposition analyst and Sam Gelavis on board as development coach.
