Following Fremantle's come-from-behind win against the Swans on Friday night and Brisbane's win on Saturday over the Hawks, the two sides have booked their ticket to the 2026 Toyota AFL Grand Final at the MCG on Saturday 26 September.
The game will commence at 12.30pm WST.
The last time the two sides met was in Round 12, with Fremantle winning by 25 points at the Gabba.

The tall forward trio of Jye Amiss (four goals), Patrick Voss (four) and Josh Treacy (three) cashed in on the scoreboard, kicking 11 goals between them.
Shai Bolton (21 disposals and three goal assists) was electric out of the middle, while Andrew Brayshaw (24) and Jordan Clark (24) were also influential.
