The match was postponed to Sunday and relocated after a final assessment of turf conditions at Leederville Oval on Saturday.
Matt de Boer led Peel's disposal count with 36 touches, while Zac Clarke dominated the hit-outs with 37.
The win puts Peel in third place on the league ladder.
