2000, Round 21
Fremantle 15.11 (101) d West Coast 15.10 (100)

Will forever be known as 'The Demolition Derby'. Having been smashed by a Derby-record 117 points just 15 weeks earlier, Fremantle looked set for another big loss when they trailed by 42 points early in the third term. Enter Clive Waterhouse. He kicked three of his seven goals in the third quarter to inspire a famous victory in the most physical Derby in history.

2006, Round six
Fremantle 12.16 (88) d West Coast 12.11 (83)

A whopping 11 lead changes in a pulsating day at Subiaco Oval. With the Eagles leading by a point with less than two minutes on the clock, Paul Hasleby came up clutch to deliver in the dying stages.

2009, Round 17
Fremantle 10.11 (71) d West Coast 8.18 (66)

Final term goals from unlikely trio Clancee Pearce, Jay van Berlo and Tim Ruffles stole victory from the Eagles' grasp. And a superstar by the name of Matthew Pavlich had a career-high 36 disposals but was overlooked for the Ross Glendinning Medal.
