Autism Association of WA Early Intervention Program have shown off their style for Starlight by entering into the ‘Haze Your Business’ competition.

The staff, mostly made up of avid Fremantle fans, have a joined a growing number of businesses who have entered the competition, designed to spread the purple haze passion and raise money for the Starlight Children's Foundation.

“We run an early intervention centre for children with autism, we love our work and we love Captain Starlight who visits our kids once a month,” said James Carson from the centre.

“We all work really hard to help our kids with autism and their families and I think our ‘Haze Your Business’ entry is a great contender to win the competition in 2008,” he said.

The centre has a joined a growing number of businesses who have entered the competition and this year’s entrants spread far and wide across the state.

The winning workplace will receive 10 tickets to the Round 2 game against Hawthorn, a Purple Haze playing guernsey signed by the team who play in the game, a twin pack of Chalice Bridge wines and will also be invited to join the Fremantle Ports staff and Fremantle players for the Purple Haze Breakfast at Fremantle Ports on Thursday 27 March, when collection tins can be returned and the winning business will be announced. **

Heading into its sixth year the Starlight Purple Haze Game, proudly supported by Fremantle Ports, has become a permanent fixture in Fremantle’s schedule each year which has seen in excess of $150,000 going directly to the Starlight Children’s Foundation.
