The Fremantle Dockers are giving some of our lucky fans the opportunity to feature in the club’s 2012 television commercial.

If you would like to apply, please send an email to tvc@fremantlefc.com.au including your:

• Name
• Date of Birth
• Address
• Mobile Number
• A current photo of yourself

You must be available for filming at Patersons Stadium after 7pm on one of the following dates:

• Tuesday 31 January
• Wednesday 1 February
• Thursday 2 February

Only entries received up until 12pm, Wednesday 25 January will be considered for selection.

The successful applicants will be contacted by the club by the close of business, Friday 27 January.
