As seven weeks of back-to-back home games come to an end, the club will close its reception and Team Store at Cockburn ARC to the public on Friday, to allow staff to take a break after the extraordinary run of home games at Optus Stadium.

CEO Simon Garlick said it was important to allow administration staff to take a break after a demanding few months.

“In order for our administration staff to have a well-deserved long weekend and restore some work-life balance, we will close our Membership Services phone line and Team Store on Friday 4 September,” Garlick said.

“It has been an incredible season so far, where our staff successfully re-ticketed Optus Stadium on a weekly basis for seven rounds in order to adhere to Covid-19 protocols and capacity restrictions, and delivered seven consecutive match-day events.

“We trust our members and supporters will be supportive of this decision, and we thank them for their understanding.”

The Membership Services phone lines will be turned off at 2pm on Thursday 3 September and will reopen at 9am on Monday 7 September. Members are advised that any queries during this time will be addressed when the office re-opens on Monday 7 September.

The Fremantle Dockers reception and Team Store at Cockburn ARC will be closed from 5pm on Thursday 3 September and will re-open at 9am on Monday 7 September.
