Fremantle have made one change for Sunday’s crucial clash with Carlton at Ikon Park.

Freo will make a switch of forwards with Ashley Sharp replacing Mikayla Hyde.

Sharp has kicked three goals from three games this season, highlighted by her two goal performance against Adelaide in round three.

Hyde and Bianca Webb will be the emergencies.

Sergeant: I thought I was going to have to retire

After a strong RAC Derby win against West Coast, senior coach Trent Cooper said Fremantle weren’t looking to make many changes.

“It’s just the one change this week after we played very well last week,” Cooper siad.

“Mikayla Hyde comes out for Ashely Sharp, who was sent back to WAFLW for Swan Districts and played really well.

“She did what was asked of her, so she comes back into the side to give us some real depth with her kicking.”

The clash pits the second placed Freo against the eighth placed Carlton, with the race for the finals well and truly alive with three rounds to play.

Bouncedown is at 10.10am WST and will be broadcast live into Perth on the Channel 7 and Fox Footy.

The game can also be streamed on Kayo, womens.afl and the official AFLW app.
