Two Fremantle players were awarded a single vote for their efforts in Freo's 24-point loss to Brisbane at the Gabba on Sunday.

While Brisbane dominated the votes in the Lions' win, Sean Darcy and Nat Fyfe were also awarded a vote.

Fyfe had 27 disposals with eight clearances and a goal in another strong captain's performance.

Darcy continued to show his growth as a ruck, helping Freo win the hitouts 52-18 and the centre clearances 23-20.

He also contributed a goal after a strong lead and mark while he was resting forward.

Fremantle veteran David Mundy has fallen to second place in the total votes (38), four behind Brisbane's Hugh McCluggage (42).
