Fremantle have finalised their starting 22 for Saturday night's clash with Sydney at Optus Stadium.

There are no late changes to the lineup and midfielder Connor Blakely will be the medical sub.

This is the fourth time Blakely has been named as the medical sub this season, named as the sub in Freo's round two clash with GWS, round six clash with North Melbourne and round eight with Brisbane.

Sydney have designated young midfielder Ryan Clarke as their medical sub.
