Fremantle's AFL team last played at GMHBA Stadium in 2018.

Fremantle’s round 19 clash with Sydney has been moved to GMHBA Stadium in Geelong in the latest fixture update from the AFL.

The game will be played on Saturday 24 July with bouncedown at 1.45pm EST (11.45am WST).

Freo will return to play Richmond on a Sunday afternoon at Optus Stadium, with bouncedown at 3.10pm on 1 August.

The Sydney clash was originally fixtured to be played at the SCG before it needed to be moved due to the current Covid-19 lockdown in NSW.

It means Freo will have a nine-day break following their round 18 clash against Geelong this Thursday night at Optus Stadium.
