Fremantle must win their final game of the home-and-away season against the Adelaide Crows at Norwood Oval to keep their finals hopes alive.

The final home-and-away fixture of the 2025 NAB AFLW season between Fremantle and Adelaide at 2.05pm WST on Sunday 2 November, could shape the top eight pending other results in Round 12.

Fremantle head into the round sitting in 10th place on the ladder, equal on 24 points (six wins) with West Coast, Adelaide and Sydney.

FREO FINALS FORMULA

Fremantle must beat Adelaide, and then one of the Western Bulldogs (vs St Kilda)*, Essendon (vs Sydney) or Carlton (vs West Coast) must win.

*Would require a combined margin swing of about 70 points between Fremantle and the Western Bulldogs.

A loss to the Crows in any scenario would see Fremantle miss the eight entirely.

POSITION ON THE LADDER

Fremantle can finish as high as sixth and secure a home final if Essendon were to defeat Sydney, Carlton defeat West Coast, the Western Bulldogs defeat St Kilda and Fremantle defeat Adelaide - with a combined margin swing of about 70 points between Fremantle and the Bulldogs in their wins.

Fremantle and West Coast could face off for the first time ever in finals if West Coast defeat Carlton to finish fifth, Essendon defeat Sydney, the Bulldogs defeat St Kilda, and Fremantle defeat Adelaide to finish eighth on the ladder.
