AFLW High Performance Manager Tom Sutherland said Fremantle’s side were feeling healthy and in good fitness ahead the final game of the regular home and away season this weekend.
“The girls are in pretty good fitness and feeling in good spirit,” Sutherland said.
Utility Gabby O’Sullivan passed her fitness test last week and pulled up well following Fremantle’s Round 11 clash with Richmond on Saturday.
“Gabby O pulled up quite well, so it was great seeing her back out there,” Sutherland said.
“With how she’s feeling, we can progress her minutes this weekend.”
Midfielder Orlagh Lally continues to tick boxes in her rehab for her foot injury.
“Lally’s progressing quite well, one step at a time for her,” Sutherland said.
Forward Poppy Stockwell will be available for selection this weekend after she was a late withdrawal from last week’s clash with Richmond.
Fremantle has no further update on key forward Áine Tighe’s knee injury, as the Club continues to consult with specialists.
