Fremantle Director of Performance Adam Beard has provided an update on the Club’s health ahead of our Round 13 clash with North Melbourne in Bunbury.
AVAILABLE
On the successful return to football of Sean Darcy on the weekend in the WAFL.
Sean did really well in some difficult conditions. He looks really good athletically, and he'll just continue to build.
UNAVAILABLE
Caleb Serong (calf)
He'll be available for Geelong. We took him to Brisbane to see a specialist, and he's progressing really well.
Sam Sturt (knee)
A milestone for Sturt, he did 18 v 18 today, so it was really nice to see Sturty in that, and he'll continue to progress.
He’s about three to four weeks away.
Brandon Walker (concussion)
He’s had multiple concussions, so we're making sure that we're taking our time. He is progressing, so he's doing well.
Ollie Murphy (knee)
A low-grade MCL for Ollie, so he's straight-line running.
He should be one to two weeks.
TEST
Hayden Young (concussion)
He’s progressed really well. He'll be a test this week.
Matthew Johnson (hamstring)
He got up to good speeds today, so functionally he's really good.
Brennan Cox (knee)
He got a knock, and unfortunately we couldn't get him back into the game after halftime, but same as Johnno, he ran today and he'll be a test.
