Fremantle ruckman Luke Jackson has touched on his connection to the Club following the thrilling Preliminary Final win over Sydney on Friday at the SCG.

Following the Club's biggest final quarter comeback in history, Jackson said the 12-point win to earn a spot in next week's Grand Final is a moment he’s dreamt of as a kid.

“I honestly can't believe it. I thought last week was good, and I think this week went to another level. And I'm honestly in disbelief. I honestly can't believe it,” Jackson said speaking to Seven's Xander Maguire on field.

“It's a dream come true. To do it at Melbourne was a dream come true as well. But I grew up supporting Freo.

“I got raised in Freo. I just love every single playing member in this group. I love every staff member. It's just such a good Club to be at.

“We got one more to go, but I'm so proud of this Club.
