Purple Army, our AFL side will be holding an open training session on Wednesday 23 September at the Club’s HQ at Cockburn ARC Oval.
The team will fly to Melbourne to face the Lions in this year’s 2026 Toyota AFL Grand Final, and we’re excited to give fans the opportunity to join us at training during Grand Final Week.
Due to capacity limits and to ensure the safety of everyone attending, the session will be a ticketed event. All tickets will be $5 to cover Ticketmaster handling fees, with any proceeds going to the Club’s charity, the Purple Hands Foundation.
Tickets will go on sale to fans from 2.30pm WST on Monday 21 September via Ticketmaster.
Gates at Cockburn ARC Oval will open at 8.30am, with training commencing from 9am.
Following training, fans will have the opportunity to interact with players at a signing session, but opportunities will be limited as the team will be following a set schedule.
To ensure the safety of all patrons and adhere to licensed venue capacity limits, tickets are capped at 3,000 and will be allocated on a first-in, first-served basis, with a maximum of eight (8) tickets available per transaction.
Fans are reminded that you must have a ticket to attend. Anyone arriving without a valid ticket will not gain entry.
Getting to Cockburn ARC – Public Transport is the way!
Parking at Cockburn ARC will be limited, so fans are strongly encouraged to use public transport where possible.
Cockburn Central Train Station is just a five-minute walk from the venue.
Please note that seating in the undercover and temporary grandstand areas will be limited.
Entry information
Entry to the open training session will only be via a ticketed gate on Remembrance Ave.
Fans will not be able to enter through the Cockburn ARC main entry or the Club’s Team Store and Reception area.
Once inside the event via the Remembrance Avenue gates, fans will be permitted to enter the The Dock team store to buy merchandise via a dedicated pass-out system. We will also have a pop-up Team Store outlet behind the eastern goals.
