Monday's training session saw the full squad return after the off-season break, with many taking part in their first session of the pre-season.
The morning started with breakfast and weigh-in at the club, before the boys took to the training track.
The session involved handballing skills, stretching, sprints, tackling, kicking skills and finished with most of the group running laps.
