The next batch of potential WA bred AFL superstars will be on show on Sunday morning at Subiaco Oval when WA host NSW/ACT in their first round NAB AFL U18 Championship match prior to Fremantle’s clash against Port Adelaide.

Captained by Subiaco’s Daniel Rich and Vice Captained by Swan Districts’ Nicholas Naitanui, WA’s line up are ready to defend the title they claimed last year at the Championships and, if their form to date is anything to go by, look set to impress against NSW/ACT. In their final practice match, WA defeated WA Country by five goals to give them a handy confidence boost heading into the Championships.

Fremantle’s own NSW scholarship player Max Wilson will also be in action and looking to impress as he represents his state.

Bouncedown on Sunday between WA and NSW/ACT is 11:30am.
