Fremantle have assigned new numbers to their 2020 draft crop and star defender Ange Stannett has also made the switch. 

Formerly wearing the no.24 for the past two seasons, Stannett will move into the no.4 guernsey and new recruit Tarnee Tester will take on Stannett’s no.24.

Stannett will sit next to defender/midfielder Sarah Verrier in the changerooms, with Freo’s top selection in the 2020 NAB AFL Women’s Draft to wear the no.5.

Mikayla Morrison, Freo’s second pick at the draft, will wear the no.11.

Tiah Haynes will wear the no.33 as she makes her return to the club. The midfielder previously wore the no.6 when she played for Freo in 2017 and 2018.

Maggie MacLachlan, who was recently added to Fremantle’s list, will wear the no.16.
