The AFL has today announced an updated fixture for the 2021 AAMI Community Series which will see all teams play one match in their home state from Thursday, March 4 to Monday March 8, 2021.

Fremantle are set to play West Coast in back-to-back pre-season games over the next two weekends with the AFL rescheduling Freo’s AAMI Community Series game.

Originally scheduled to take on Adelaide in the series, it has now been confirmed that a change of opponent will see Fremantle again play West Coast the week after their unofficial practice match this Saturday.

The AAMI Community Series game will be played at 4.10pm on Sunday March 7 at Optus Stadium, with the format and length of the game to be the same as the premiership season.

The fixture has been amended to reduce travel and minimise any risk of disruption ahead of the Toyota AFL Premiership season.

While fans are not permitted at Saturday’s practice game under the AFL's Covid-19 guidelines, fans will be permitted to attend the AAMI Community Series game at Optus Stadium.

Ticketing information will be communicated to members and supporters soon.
