In recognition of National Reconciliation Week and the AFL's Sir Doug Nicholls Round, the AFL Players’ Association has launched its updated Indigenous Map for 2021.

The map highlights the cultural diversity of the AFL and AFLW’s Indigenous players with the league’s 103 male and female Indigenous players represented across 77 language groups.

The language groups of seven Fremantle AFL players and five AFLW players are shown on the map with a total of 11 language groups at the club during the 2021 AFL and AFLW seasons

Tarnee Tester (Barkindji) was on Fremantle's AFLW list for the 2021 season but was delisted at the end of the season.

Reconciliation Week runs from 27 May until 3 June.

Fremantle will wear their 2021 Indigenous jumper for their home game against the Western Bulldogs on Sunday at Optus Stadium (click here for ticketing information).
