All Australian defender Emma O'Driscoll will return to the Fremantle side as the only change for the Round 2 clash with Collingwood at Victoria Park on Sunday 23 August.
O'Driscoll has recovered from the glute injury sustained late in pre-season that saw her sidelined in Round 1.
Midfielder Lily Johnson (omitted) comes out of the side as Freo look to bounce back from a disappointing 21-point loss to Port Adelaide in the Club's season-opener.
O'Driscoll will line up in the backline alongside Indi West, Laura Pugh, Aoife Healy and Ash Brazill.
Senior coach Lisa Webb previewed the clash in her media conference on Thursday afternoon.
"They've got players that can really step up," Webb said.
"They've got a lot of young players that you might not have seen play footy, and a lot of great draftees.
"We take them very seriously going into this week on their home deck... we need to be at our best to be able to beat them."
Noa McNaughton, Charli Hazelhurst and Evie Parker have all been named as emergencies.
It will be the first time Fremantle and Collingwood have met since 2023 after not being fixtured to play against each other over the past two seasons.
Sunday’s clash will commence at 12.35pm EST at Victoria Park and will be broadcast live on 7Mate and Fox Sports 7 from 12.30pm EST, as well as streamed live on Kayo, 7plus and Binge from 12.30pm EST.
Ticket for the clash are available via Ticketmaster.
