Fremantle Football Club would like to thank assistant coach Jaymie Graham and wish him well as he departs to join North Melbourne as senior coach.

Graham joined Justin Longmuir’s coaching team at Fremantle ahead of season 2022 and has been instrumental in the development and growth of the Club’s forwards.

Fremantle Executive General Manager of Football Joe Brierty congratulated Graham and paid tribute to the impact he has had on and off field.

“We can’t thank Jaymie enough for his five outstanding seasons of service to our Club,” Brierty said.

“Ever since he set foot in the door, he has been a highly valued member of our coaching department and respected by all players and football staff.

“Jaymie has had a significant impact not only on our player group - but the entire football department and broader Club.

“It is well documented that Jaymie has had ambitions of becoming a senior coach in his own right one day, and we couldn’t be prouder or happier for him to take an opportunity he’s worked so hard for.

“On behalf of the players, coaches and the entire Fremantle Football Club, we wish Jaymie, his wife Kasey, son Hudson and daughter Neve, all the very best for the future, and thank them for all they have given while being part of the Freo family.”

Fremantle is currently working through the structure of its 2027 coaching department, following confirmation of Graham’s departure and last week’s announcements regarding Adam Read and Todd Curley.
