Fremantle has delisted developing winger Jaren Carr, but has committed to re-drafting the 22-year-old in the upcoming 2026 Telstra AFL Rookie Draft.
The decision provides Fremantle with another selection ahead of next month’s Telstra AFL National Draft.
Carr joined Fremantle with pick No.63 in the 2024 Telstra AFL National Draft as the Club’s first father-son selection in the National Draft and is yet to make his AFL debut.
His father, Matthew, played 134 games for Fremantle between 2001 and 2008 while his uncle, Josh, played 83 games for the Club.
“Jaren has continued to develop in all aspects of his footy after being drafted at 20," said EGM of Football Joe Brierty.
"We are committed to taking him in the rookie draft and continuing his AFL career with us.”
