Matthew Pavlich will challenge his Level Two striking offence against North Melbourne’s Liam Anthony at an AFL Tribunal tonight.

The Fremantle captain will attempt to have the charge downgraded from reckless to negligent, which would result in less demerit points towards his future record.

Pavlich’s appeal will be heard via video link to the Tribunal at approximately 5.00pm WST.
