Fremantle have confirmed a further two changes to their AFLW playing list for the 2026 NAB AFLW Season on Thursday.
Holly Ifould and Poppy Stockwell have both been advised they would not be offered contracts for next year.
Ifould was Fremantle’s sole selection in the 2023 AFLW Draft, selected at pick 49 and went on to play five games in her two seasons at the Club.
The young winger’s season-best performance for 2025 was in Round 6 against Essendon, where she amassed 16 disposals, five intercept possessions and five inside 50s.
Fremantle List Manager Darryn Fry thanked Ifould for her dedication to the Club and the program during her time in purple.
“We want to thank Holly for her commitment and genuine care she brought to our program every day for the past two seasons,” Fry said.
“Holly has been that teammate who brings others along with her, creates belief and drives positivity consistently.
“Her ability to connect with players and staff and turn up with energy and passion is a credit to her having made the move from South Australia a couple of years ago.
“After working through an injury in her first season at the Club in 2024, this year, Holly worked incredibly hard and went on to make her debut and play five games which she should be incredibly proud of.”
Stockwell was signed as a replacement player ahead of the 2025 NAB AFLW Season, following a standout 2024 WAFLW Season with South Fremantle
A crafty forward, Stockwell played two AFLW games in 2025, making her debut in Round 6 against Essendon, and booting a goal, while in Round 10 against GWS, had two goal assists and 10 disposals.
“Poppy came into the Club earlier this year following a strong start to the 2025 WAFLW season,” Fry said.
“We are grateful for the commitment Poppy gave to the program this year, which saw her go on to play two games and kick a goal on debut. To be able to play at the national level across two sporting codes is quite an achievement.
“We wish both Holly and Poppy nothing but the best for their future endeavours and they will always be part of the Freo family.”
