RND5 Injury Update: Strom, McCarthy

Fremantle’s AFL Women’s team will host Essendon at Cockburn ARC Oval in Round 5 of the 2026 NAB AFLW Season.  

The game will commence at 3.05pm on Sunday 13 September. 

Tickets for the match are just $15 for adults, while juniors (under 14) are free. Make sure you avoid the queues by purchasing your ticket online before the game.  

The main gate is located on Remembrance Avenue and is the only entrance into the ground. Patrons will not be able to enter via Cockburn ARC's main entry.

The Fremantle Dockers will play all AFL Women’s home matches at the Club’s Cockburn headquarters for the 2026 NAB AFLW Season, in a move set to support future growth and elite standards for the program.

Head out onto Cockburn ARC Oval 15 minutes after the final siren has sounded to have a kick of the footy, proudly supported by Woodside Energy.

Things to remember 

  • The grass hill on the far wing is naturally sloped, and chairs are not allowed inside the venue. We strongly recommend a rug or low seating option for the best and most comfortable viewing experience. 
  • Bags or other items larger than an A3 piece of paper may not be permitted.   
  • No cloaking facilities are available.   
  • Bringing your own food into the venue is permitted but must be in a soft cooler bag (hard eskies, glass and aluminium are not permitted).  
  • No BYO Alcohol permitted at any time.  
  • No pass-outs are available.
