Fremantle’s 2026 Toyota AFL Premiership Season fixtures have been confirmed, with back-to-back home games against Melbourne (Round 2) and Richmond (Round 3) highlighting the first games in front of the Purple Army at Optus Stadium.
Fremantle will open its 2026 campaign with a twilight away clash against 2025 Grand Finalists Geelong on Saturday 14 March at 4.15pm AEDT.
Among the remaining home game marquee matchups, Fremantle will host Carlton (Round 7), Hawthorn (Round 9), St Kilda (Round 11) and Geelong (Round 15) at Optus Stadium, all within the first 15 rounds of the season.
After the introduction of the Arthur Leggett Medal last season, the Club’s annual Len Hall Tribute Game will again take place as the marquee night fixture on ANZAC Day, Saturday 25 April, against Carlton, with a 6.15pm WST start time.
The AFL’s Sir Doug Nicholls Rounds are scheduled for Rounds 10 and 11, Fremantle’s Round 11 home fixture will host St Kilda under lights on Friday 22 May at Optus Stadium.
While the previous week the Club play Essendon on Sunday afternoon at the MCG, which will be one of their first of two MCG encounters, playing Melbourne again at the venue in Round 19.
From Rounds 11-16, Fremantle will only leave Western Australia once, with an away trip to the Gabba to face the Lions in Round 12.
The Club’s other away fixture within those rounds will be the North Melbourne clash at Hands Oval in Bunbury on Saturday 6 June, as part of the State Government's three-year deal with the Roos.

Fremantle’s Bye Round falls in Round 14 and will prelude two back-to-back fixtures at Optus Stadium against Geelong (Round 15) and the Gold Coast SUNS (Round 16).
Fremantle will host a home Derby against West Coast in Round 20, while the away Derby is set for Round 6 on Sunday 19 April at 3.10pm.

As announced on Wednesday, Fremantle will face Collingwood in Gather Round, with the team heading to South Australia in Round 5 to face the Pies at Adelaide Oval on Friday 10 April, with the game being broadcast live on Channel 7 nationally.

The Club will play at Adelaide Oval on three occasions in 2026, with a Round 19 fixture against Port Adelaide rounding out the trips to the venue later in the season.
SYNC 2026 FIXTURES TO CALENDAR
In the first 15 rounds, Fremantle will play six Saturday games, four Fridays, and two Thursdays and Sundays, while across the season Fremantle’s double up games will be against Geelong, Adelaide, Carlton, Melbourne, West Coast and the Western Bulldogs.
Fremantle will play at Optus Stadium 12 times, with the majority of the Club’s away trips being in Victoria, highlighted by two matches at both the MCG and Marvel Stadium, as well as the twilight fixture at GMHBA Stadium.
Along with its Adelaide, Brisbane and Bunbury away fixtures, Fremantle will also travel to Canberra in Round 17 to play the Giants at Corroboree Group Oval.
The dates and times of Rounds 16–24 remain as a floating fixture and will be confirmed by the AFL later in the season.
