Michael Johnson has been fined $500 after he pleaded guilty today to possessing cocaine.

Johnson, who was charged with possessing 0.15gm of cocaine after he was questioned by police in the early hours of 16 May, was today represented in the Perth Magistrate’s Court by his lawyer John Prior.

Fremantle chief executive officer Steve Rosich said the club, which had already imposed a range of club sanctions on Johnson, including a six week suspension and a $5000 fine, would not be taking any further action as a result of today’s court proceedings.
